The compliance and internal control service for anti-corruption, established within the structure of the Tashkent city administration (hokimiyat), has conducted a systematic analysis.

As a result, information was reviewed on 29 employees who had previously committed crimes, including six employees from district hokimiyats and 23 employees from organizations within the hokimiyat system, as well as 1,353 employees of the hokimiyat system who had committed administrative offenses.

Employment contracts with two employees who had committed crimes were terminated. One employee was transferred to another position as part of rotation.

For the remaining cases, preventive conversations were held, and the leadership of the relevant district hokimiyats was instructed to consider rotating these employees to other positions, strengthen control over their daily activities, and increase their personal responsibility.

Information on 1,353 employees who committed administrative offenses was handed over to their direct supervisors. They were tasked with conducting individual explanatory work with each employee.

As noted by the capital's hokimiyat, the main goal of these measures is to strengthen executive discipline among employees and prevent recurrence of such violations in the future.
