Uzbekistan, Tashkent – AN Podrobno.uz. Nearly 6,000 appeals have been submitted to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's open dialogue with entrepreneurs. More than 4,200 of them have been resolved positively, while about 1,800 are still under consideration.

According to the presidential press service, a republican headquarters comprising representatives of over 50 ministries and agencies has been operating around the clock since May 15. More than 750 meetings have been held with the participation of over 8,800 entrepreneurs.

A survey of more than 5,000 entrepreneurs showed that enterprises that have introduced digital platforms and energy-saving technologies have higher sales and salary indicators. However, the share of such enterprises is only 11.6%. 28.5% have not taken any measures to improve efficiency.

The main barriers for business are high loan interest rates, undervalued collateral, and a large number of documents. 53% of enterprises faced rising production costs due to prices for raw materials and energy resources. Problems also include power outages and pressure in networks.

In the tax sphere, entrepreneurs pointed to difficulties with inspections and VAT refunds. 22.3% are engaged in exports but face challenges in finding clients, certification, and logistics. In the judicial and legal sphere, 73% noted the negative impact of bureaucracy in enforcement proceedings.

The president instructed to conduct an analysis by regions and sectors. For each issue raised in the dialogue, a solution, implementation mechanism, responsible persons, and deadlines will be determined.
