According to Uzgidromet, the last days of summer will remain hot across most of Uzbekistan. Daytime temperatures are expected to be around +33…+38°C, with southern regions reaching up to +39…+40°C in some places.

However, cooler air masses will begin to enter the northwestern regions of the country in the final days of August, and by August 31, daytime temperatures are expected to drop to +25…+30°C. On September 1, relatively cool air will spread across all of Uzbekistan, causing temperatures to fall by another 3−5 degrees.

The weather is expected to be mostly dry during this period. Only in the north of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, brief rains and thunderstorms are possible on Friday and Saturday.

Winds across the country may strengthen to 13−18 m/s, with gusts up to 20−22 m/s in some areas, possibly accompanied by dust storms.

In Tashkent, the weather will be mostly partly cloudy, with no precipitation. Daytime temperatures will be +35…+38°C from August 28-30, +34…+36°C on August 31, and +30…+32°C on September 1. Nighttime temperatures will generally be +20…+22°C, dropping to +16…+18°C by September 1.

The wind will shift from easterly to northwesterly, blowing at 3−8 m/s, with occasional gusts up to 10−12 m/s, and dust storms may occur in some parts of the city.
