An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 was registered on the territory of Uzbekistan. The tremors were felt in the city of Gazli in the Bukhara region, as well as in the Peshkun and Jondor districts.

The earthquake occurred on August 31 at 14:58. The epicenter was located near the city of Gazli, according to the Republican Center for Seismoprognostic Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

In Gazli, the intensity of the tremors was 3 points. In the Peshkun district, the earthquake was felt at 2 points, and in the Jondor district also at 2 points.

The epicenter was located 504 kilometers southwest of Tashkent.
