In the city of Qarshi, Qashqadaryo region, a driver of a Damas car was held accountable for dangerously driving in a residential courtyard where pedestrians, including young children, were present. The Road Safety Service reported this.

The 21-year-old man, who did not have a driver's license, was speeding between multi-storey buildings in the Chulquvar mahalla. He failed to obey the stop signal from a prevention inspector and citizens. The young man said he was under stress at the time and apologized.

Subsequently, an administrative protocol was drawn up against him under several articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. The vehicle was placed in a penalty lot for temporary storage.

"I apologize to the people and everyone. I realized that what I did was wrong. I do not recommend it to anyone. After obtaining the right to drive, only then do I recommend driving. I made a mistake once due to youth," he said.

By court decision, the young man was found guilty under several articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. Thus, he was ultimately sentenced to 15 days of administrative arrest.
