A major online drug store has been shut down in the Uzbek capital, Tashkent. During the second phase of the operational-preventive campaign "Qora Dori 2026," officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained the main members of a drug network and seized about 2.7 kilograms of various illicit substances from illegal circulation.

The chain of arrests began in the Yashnabad district, where operatives identified a 20-year-old courier. A personal search and a raid on his apartment uncovered 200 grams of hashish, as well as electronic scales, duct tape, zip bags, and magnets used for packaging and setting up stash locations.

Continuing work in the same district, on Yangi Uzbekistan Street, law enforcement caught a 36-year-old woman red-handed while she was organizing another hiding spot. She was carrying 146 packages of mephedrone and MDMA. The main warehouse of synthetics was found in a rented country house: there, officers seized 1.127 kilograms of mephedrone, 700 grams of alpha-PVP, 427 grams of MDMA, 200 grams of cocaine, 100 grams of hashish, and packaging materials. Her accomplice was also detained at the scene.

The final stage of the operation took place in the Urtachirchiq district of Tashkent region, where law enforcement detained buyers who had come to pick up drugs from pre-arranged stash locations.

Criminal cases have been initiated against all participants of the scheme under Article 273, Part 6, Clause "a" of the Criminal Code, and the suspects have been taken into custody. Earlier, in the Almazar district of Tashkent, law enforcement detained two men suspected of distributing drugs through a system of stash locations. In total, 50 packages of illicit substances were seized from them.
