At a meeting chaired by the head of state, it was noted that preschool education coverage in Karakalpakstan has reached 84%. However, in the Amudarya, Bozatau, Takhiyatash, Turtkul, Chimbay, Khodjeyli, and Ellikkala districts, this figure still remains low. The president emphasized the need to increase the number and improve the quality of educational institutions in these areas.

To support entrepreneurs opening private kindergartens in Karakalpakstan, loans will be provided for a term of 15 years at a rate of 7% with a grace period of 5 years. In other regions, the rate for such loans will range from 7% to 15% depending on the distance from the center. This measure is expected to give an impetus to the development of the private sector in the regions.

The meeting also paid serious attention to the healthcare sector. In order to expand the volume of high-tech medical care, the Medical Academy, children's clinic, oncology center, and a new multidisciplinary hospital will be merged into a single system, creating a University Medical Cluster. This step will allow for the training of qualified specialists and the provision of modern medical services.

In addition, the salary supplement of up to 200%, currently received by doctors coming to work in Muynak, will be introduced in the Bozatau and Takhtakupyr districts starting January 1. This should help reduce the shortage of medical personnel in remote areas.
