The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, has enacted a decree and an executive resolution introducing significant personnel changes across the structures of the Presidential Administration and affiliated governmental bodies. The reshuffle is intended to reinforce administrative oversight and drive critical educational and economic reforms.

Obid Khakimov has been appointed Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration for Education Reform. Concurrently, Khakimov has been assigned to head the "New Uzbekistan" University as its rector. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Presidential Adviser on Economic Policy, a position from which he has now been officially relieved.

In a related transition, Ilkhom Siradjev has stepped down from his post as Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration for Education Reform to assume a new role as Deputy Minister of Education and Science, overseeing compliance and internal anti-corruption measures.

Furthermore, Kamoliddin Mardonov has been designated as the new Presidential Adviser on Economic Policy. Before his accession to this advisory capacity, Mardonov served as First Deputy Head of the Department for Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis within the Presidential Administration.
