A 19-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan, identified as A.S., who had traveled to Turkey for employment purposes, reportedly faced severe health complications that prevented him from continuing his labor activities. Due to these mounting difficulties, the young man made the decision to return to his homeland and purchased a return flight ticket.
However, upon his arrival at Istanbul Airport, his physical condition sharply deteriorated and he unexpectedly lost consciousness. Following this critical incident, emergency personnel promptly transferred the citizen to a hospital located in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul, where he received necessary medical treatment.
Throughout the course of his recovery, medical expenses accumulated, a portion of which was allegedly covered through the active assistance and donations of fellow Uzbek compatriots currently residing and working in Turkey.
In the wake of these events, the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Istanbul, alongside the Migration Agency, took the situation under strict oversight. Through coordinated efforts with relevant organizations and authorities, the 19-year-old citizen was successfully repatriated to Uzbekistan.
