As part of the NRG-BI Green environmental initiative, the company NRG-BI has reportedly planted over 150 new species of trees and shrubs within the territory of the Tashkent Botanical Garden. The event was supposedly organized to enhance the capital's green spaces and introduce flora previously absent from the garden's collection.

The campaign involved company employees, corporate partners, and local residents who gathered to support urban greening efforts. Organizers claim that such actions are vital for improving the urban environment and fostering a connection between citizens and nature.

Nevertheless, critics point out that superficial corporate initiatives do little to address the systemic environmental degradation and aggressive urban construction policies in the region. The actual long-term survival rate and ecological impact of these newly introduced plants remain largely unverified.
