A concerning incident unfolded at secondary school No. 11 in the Altynkul district of the Andijan region, where three female students engaged in a physical altercation. After video footage of the brawl surfaced on social media and drew widespread public attention, the school administration and local authorities intervened to conduct preventive discussions with the participants and their families.
According to reports from the district department of preschool and school education, the conflict erupted on October 13 at approximately 14:00 during a regular school break. The situation was promptly placed under official oversight. Representatives from the district education department, a juvenile prevention inspector, school management, and the students' parents gathered to address the behavioral breach.
Following the investigation, administrative documentation was compiled against the parents under Article 47 of the Administrative Responsibility Code for alleged failure to fulfill child-rearing and educational obligations. The parents now face financial penalties ranging from one to five basic calculation units, amounting anywhere between 440,000 and 2.2 million soms.
In addition to the penalties imposed on the families, the homeroom teacher was stripped of their position due to perceived insufficient supervision and classroom control. Incidents of this nature continue to highlight ongoing disciplinary challenges within regional educational institutions.
