Notable structural and personnel changes have taken place within the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, directly affecting the leadership overseeing representative bodies, non-governmental non-profit organizations, youth affairs, and the Communications Department. Specifically, Akramjon Fozilov has been appointed as the first deputy presidential advisor on issues concerning representative bodies, non-governmental non-profit organizations, and youth. Prior to this elevation, he served as the first deputy head of the Communications Department within the same administrative body.

The official decree formalizing these appointments was signed by Saida Mirziyoyeva, head of the Presidential Administration. Consequently, Fozilov was relieved of his previous duties as part of his transition to the new responsibilities within the advisor's office.

In addition, Aziza Kurbanova has been designated to fill the vacated post of first deputy head of the Communications Department. Meanwhile, Farrux Omonov has stepped down from his position as deputy head of the Communications Department and head of the People's Reception Office of the President of Uzbekistan due to a transition to other duties, with Khushnud Khudayberdiyev stepping in as the new deputy head of the department.
