The prestigious international competition was organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) to highlight the critical contributions of women who are actively transforming the agricultural sector and uplifting rural communities worldwide.

The official award ceremony took place at the FAO headquarters in Rome, where the Uzbek representative received her accolade personally from FAO Director-General Qu Dongyu. This recognition underscores the growing international visibility of female entrepreneurship and leadership in Central Asian agriculture.

Saifutdinova manages the "Kuva Anori" agrofirm located in the Fergana region. Beyond scaling up agricultural production, she has been instrumental in driving broader industry advancements. She initiated the establishment of the Pomegranate Producers Association and developed specialized educational manuals that have been integrated into academic training programs.

The global selection process was highly competitive, with organizers evaluating over 600 candidates hailing from more than 130 countries. Saifutdinova secured her place in the top tier due to her exceptional leadership qualities, dedication, and innovative approach. FAO representatives noted that her success serves as a powerful testament to the impact of women in Uzbekistan's agricultural development.
