Popular quick-service restaurant chain EVOS has reportedly launched a unified loyalty program titled EVOS Rewards across its 90 locations in Uzbekistan. The initiative is designed to allow customers to accumulate bonus points for every daily order, regardless of the ordering channel they choose to utilize.
The mechanics of the program are claimed to be straightforward, offering participants a 5% return on every order in the form of bonus points. Accumulated points can purportedly be used to cover up to 20% of the cost of any subsequent purchase. The company establishes a direct conversion rate where one bonus point equals one Uzbek som, theoretically eliminating complicated calculations for consumers.
Ksenia Rodina, the marketing director for EVOS, supposedly stated that the program aims to eliminate the need for customers to wait for special promotions, integrating rewards into every routine visit. As part of the promotional rollout, every newly registered user allegedly receives 15,000 welcome bonus points valid for a limited period after signing up through the mobile application or official channels.
Concurrently with the loyalty program's launch, the enterprise has introduced a limited-time themed menu called Chizzi-Chizz, featuring various cheese-oriented items available until early 2027. Participants of EVOS Rewards are set to receive an additional fixed bonus of 5,000 points for each item ordered from this special menu category, supplementing the standard cashback structure.
