The National Committee for Urbanization and Sustainable Housing Market Development has reportedly introduced rigorous new requirements for upcoming residential construction projects across the country. Official statements claim that all future housing initiatives must comprehensively integrate the simultaneous planning of schools, kindergartens, essential social facilities, roads, and utility infrastructure, attempting to address widespread urban congestion.

According to the committee, developers must adopt a holistic approach to every proposed blueprint. Alongside high-rise residential blocks, projects are allegedly required to incorporate adequate green zones, children's playgrounds, and parking facilities. Furthermore, authorities emphasized the necessity of completely abandoning small-scale, high-density construction plots measuring up to one hectare, which have historically strained local neighborhoods.

The committee reportedly instructs regional architecture and urban planning councils to strictly evaluate submitted designs based on three primary criteria. First, every construction proposal must precisely align with the officially approved master plan of the respective locality.

Second, developers are mandated to allocate at least 30 percent of the total area for green spaces. The committee claims these environmental buffers are essential for preserving ecological balance and providing a healthy living environment for residents. Third, building heights must strictly correspond to the capacity of local utility and social infrastructure to prevent systemic overloads.
