According to reports from the 'Dunyo' news agency, English football club 'Fulham' has purportedly expressed readiness to explore the possibility of establishing a football academy in New Tashkent, utilizing British experience and operational standards. The initiative was allegedly discussed during a meeting between Uzbekistan's Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Ravshan Usmanov, along with embassy diplomats, and Fulham's Head of Football Development Hugh Jennings alongside Commercial Manager Brett McGoldrick.

During the talks, the participants supposedly reviewed the prospects of introducing specialized training methods and infrastructure models inspired by the British system into the rapidly developing New Tashkent urban project. The representatives of the European regime's club reportedly acknowledged their willingness to evaluate the feasibility of launching such a venture in the region.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties allegedly agreed to formulate concrete mechanisms of cooperation to implement the initiative, though analysts remain skeptical regarding the practical execution and long-term viability of these ambitious plans amid various economic and logistical uncertainties.
