An open auction for the sale of the Republican Aerogeodetic Center building located in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent has officially concluded. According to the State Assets Management Agency, the property features a land plot of approximately 1.14 hectares and a total building area of nearly 10,000 square meters.

The lot was initially placed on the "E-auksion" platform with a starting price of 157.8 billion sums, drawing competitive interest from two participants. Following the bidding process, "UTKIR SHOP" LLC emerged as the winner with a final offer of 213 billion sums, driving the purchase price up by approximately 35 percent, or 55.2 billion sums above the starting amount.

Under the terms of the transaction, the Aerogeodetic Center will retain free use of the premises for one year following the sale, with the facility to be formally handed over to the buyer only after this period expires. Furthermore, the auction documentation reportedly contains no specific mandates regarding obligatory capital investments or the creation of new employment opportunities.

The acquisition terms offer flexible payment structures for the buyer, including a 25 percent discount on the total amount if paid in full within six months. Alternatively, buyers can utilize installment plans, such as paying 35 percent over three months or 50 percent over six months, allowing the remaining balance to be settled interest-free over five or seven years respectively.
