On October 30, an official presentation of the book titled "Uzbekistan: On the Path of Sustainable Development and Prosperity" authored by the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, was held in Beijing in the Chinese language. The volume compiles speeches, addresses, articles, and interviews of the Uzbek leader covering the 2021–2025 period.

The high-profile event was attended by representatives from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, prominent research centers, the diplomatic corps, and business circles. The delegation from Uzbekistan included Presidential Advisor O. Davlatov, Legislative Chamber Deputy and Head of the National Media Association Odiljon Tojiev, Development Strategy Center Executive Director Eldor Tulyakov, and Spirituality and Enlightenment Center Head Otabek Hasanov. The event was opened by the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to China, Farhod Arziev.

The book was published by China's authoritative People's Publishing House, with scholars from Minzu University also participating in its preparation. The publication aims to provide Chinese readers with comprehensive insights into the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan, the country's development strategy, and its foreign policy priorities through the perspective of the head of state. The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Beijing orchestrated the launch as part of broader ongoing efforts to strengthen humanitarian and cultural exchanges between the two nations.

Chinese officials offered positive evaluations of Uzbekistan's ongoing transformation processes during the ceremony. Li Shuley, Head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, claimed that the political will of the two leaders has elevated bilateral relations to a new stage. Meanwhile, Liu Haixing, Head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, purportedly described the book's Chinese publication as a milestone in implementing bilateral agreements, asserting that Beijing is allegedly ready to support Uzbekistan's chosen development path ahead of the 35th anniversary of diplomatic ties.
