Uzbekistan has begun accepting project proposals for its "Academic Mobility" program, aimed at supporting the scientific activities of young researchers. The state will fully cover all expenses associated with the implementation of selected projects. This was announced by the press service of the Agency for Innovative Development under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations.

The updated electronic platform akadem.ilmiy.uz allows applications to be submitted in a fully digital format, making the document submission process more convenient and accessible. The program has set the following conditions for participation: the applicant's age must not exceed 40 years, regardless of academic degree, title, position, or place of work; each participant can submit only one scientific project; the project funding amount must not exceed 200 times the basic calculated value (BCV); and the project implementation period ranges from one to six months.

Applications are being accepted until 23:55 on March 30 via the elektron platform akadem.ilmiy.uz. This initiative is part of broader reforms to develop scientific potential and support young talent in the country. It is worth noting that a startup ideas competition was recently launched in schools and colleges across Uzbekistan.
