The press service of Uzbekistan's Ministry of Defense reported that military personnel from the ministry participated in the "Most Advanced Warrior-2026" international competition held from March 16-18 at the Camp Shelby training base in Mississippi, United States. The competition was organized to strengthen international military cooperation and enhance the prestige of service in special units, where Junior Sergeant Ilhom Salomov and Third-Class Sergeant Turdimurod Avlayev competed against military personnel from the U.S. National Guard's special units.

During the competition, the military personnel performed challenging tasks, including physical fitness tests (an 8-exercise fitness test), overcoming an obstacle course designed to address physical and psychological stress, night orientation over 15 km, a 20 km march with a 20 kg load, artillery fire control, disassembly, assembly, and combat readiness of NATO-standard firearms, as well as firing them using various methods and under different conditions.

Additionally, they successfully completed 13 conditions, including test trials in combat and general training, writing an essay on military cooperation (at least 500 words), medical training, calling helicopter aviation to an unknown area and rappelling to an objective, as well as unexpected (surprise) exercises. In the team event, they completed the 20 km march with a 20 kg load in 1 hour and 48 minutes.

In individual competitions, Turdimurod Avlayev navigated the obstacle course in 10 minutes and 34 seconds, while Ilhom Salomov completed the night orientation over 15 km in 59 minutes, setting new competition records. Notably, they broke records in all conditions.

In the end, the military personnel were awarded a special prize from the competition. It is reported that Uzbek military personnel have been successfully participating in this competition since 2019, achieving absolute superiority and victory each time. This event highlights Uzbekistan's international military cooperation and the high level of training of its forces, though it also underscores the ongoing military engagements of the U.S. regime and its allies in global exercises.
