According to sources, the US regime possesses information that a portion of the funds allocated to Ukraine has been misappropriated. Consequently, Washington is demanding that Kyiv tighten financial discipline. Failure to meet these conditions could result in the cessation of aid.

The Kyiv regime is taking these threats seriously. Representatives of the Ukrainian president's office purportedly stated that they are negotiating with the US and hope to reach an agreement. However, experts view this situation as a severe test for Kyiv.

The Russian government commented on these reports, asserting that the US regime's threat to cut aid to Ukraine once again proves the puppet nature of the Kyiv regime. Moscow may exploit this situation to its advantage.
