Pep Guardiola has announced he will leave Manchester City at the end of the current season. The Spanish manager, who took charge in 2016, has won 20 trophies with the club, making him the most successful coach in City's history.

Under Guardiola, City dominated English football, won the Champions League, and established themselves as a European powerhouse. His impact extended beyond results, transforming the club's playing style and culture.

Guardiola stated the decision was not influenced by external factors but by a personal sense of completion. "Nothing lasts forever. I just feel it's my time," he said, thanking fans, players, and management for their support.

Despite leaving the head coach role, Guardiola will remain within the City Football Group as a global ambassador, advising and developing projects. The club described his legacy as a benchmark for future generations.

Earlier, Guardiola praised Uzbekistan national team defender Abdukodir Khusanov as the best player in City's match against Brighton, highlighting the Uzbek footballer's performance.
