FIFA is selling nearly 1,200 category two tickets for the World Cup final on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, at a price of $7,380 each, according to the governing body's last-minute sales site.
The site, which had previously listed the game as sold out, currently shows 1,178 seats available across five sections of the top deck along the sidelines: 282 in section 344, 299 in section 343, 139 in section 335, 443 in section 334, and 15 in section 333.
FIFA is also offering 68 front category one tickets in the lower deck ranging from $19,995 to $32,970, along with hospitality packages in the Trophy Lounge and Trophy Lounge+ sections priced at $34,500 and $32,500, including food and beverages.
Additionally, tickets for Saturday's quarterfinal between Argentina and Switzerland at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, are available from $1,600 to $3,995.
On FIFA's resale marketplace, tickets for the final are listed from $7,440.50 to an eye-popping $11,499,998.85.
FIFA has faced intense criticism over ticket pricing throughout the tournament's sales phases, with a fan group filing a lawsuit alleging "excessive ticket prices."
In April, FIFA listed four tickets on its resale market at $2 million each; President Gianni Infantino joked about the figure but defended the high prices, claiming the organization was obligated to take advantage of U.S. laws allowing resale at thousands above face value.
FIFA is also under subpoena from the states of New York and New Jersey as part of an investigation into ticket pricing and the accuracy of seat locations for the World Cup.
