The article emphasizes that Israel's decision is aimed at preventing British MPs from visiting Gaza and the West Bank and stopping the world from seeing what is happening. This decision indicates that Israel is losing support internationally and resorting to increasingly desperate measures.

The author recalls that Israel's ban was imposed in response to the UK government's decision to sanction illegal settlement goods. International law is clear: in July 2024, the ICJ ruled that Israel's presence in the Palestinian territories is unlawful and imposed obligations on the UK not to aid or assist the illegal activity.

The author calls on the UK government to recognize the genocide in Gaza, end all military cooperation (including the sale of F-35 components and surveillance flights over Gaza), and hold a public inquiry into British complicity. According to him, Israel can ban him, but it cannot stop him from exposing the truth.

The author also highlights the humanity, music, art, poetry, joy, and resilience of the Palestinian people. He has no interest in being given a tour of apartheid by the Israeli government. He is unwavering in his determination to campaign for the only path to peace: the end of the occupation. He has not given up hope that one day he may return to a free and independent Palestine and see the children he once met.
