In the latest high-profile professional boxing event held in the British capital of London, two-time Olympic and world champion Bakhodir Jalolov stepped into the ring against local fighter Solomon Dacres. The bout drew considerable attention from international sports analysts and fans eager to witness the continued rise of the Uzbek heavyweight.
Throughout the contest, the athlete from Uzbekistan maintained absolute control, methodically dismantling his opponent's defenses. The defining moment of the bout arrived in the fifth round, when Jalolov reportedly delivered a powerful blow that sent Dacres crashing to the canvas in a knockdown. Despite the efforts of the British camp to mount a comeback, Jalolov continued to dictate the pace in the subsequent rounds.
The bout went the full distance of ten rounds, at the end of which the judges officially awarded a unanimous decision victory to Jalolov with scores of 99-91 and 99-90. This triumph extends the undefeated professional streak of the Uzbek fighter to 18 wins, with 15 coming by way of knockout. It is worth noting that Jalolov previously fought in May in Manchester, where he secured a victory over Croatia's Agron Smakici.
