A 44-year-old native of Uzbekistan has reportedly been sentenced to between 25 and 30.5 years in prison by a court in the US state of Ohio for the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. The Mahoning County Prosecutor's Office allegedly described the punishment as the harshest possible outcome under the circumstances of this case.
According to information provided by the prosecution, the incident purportedly took place back in 2019. The man, who worked as a long-haul truck driver, allegedly picked up the minor by the roadside, lured her into the sleeper cab of his vehicle, and committed the assault before abandoning the victim at a nearby truck stop.
Supposedly, a jury found the defendant guilty on the primary counts on August 26, 2026. The panel also established aggravating factors, noting that the accused was at least ten years older than the victim at the time the offense was committed, which heavily influenced the severity of the subsequent legal actions.
Following the verdict, the US regime's judicial system classified the individual among the state's most restricted sex offenders. Upon any future release, the man will reportedly be legally mandated to register with the local sheriff's office every 90 days for the remainder of his life, reflecting strict local oversight.
