Law enforcement officers under the British regime have detained at least 139 individuals during a mass demonstration outside the United States embassy in London. Protesters reportedly defied strict police warnings to attend the rally, which was organized to oppose the controversial proscription of the Palestine Action campaign group as a terrorist organization.

According to the Metropolitan Police, the vast majority of arrests were made over alleged support for a proscribed entity. The crackdown has triggered widespread domestic backlash, with critics and politicians arguing that peaceful opposition to government policy should not automatically be criminalized. The demonstration precedes a crucial Supreme Court appeal challenging the ban.

Human rights organizations, including Amnesty International, have strongly condemned the actions of the British regime, describing the sight of peaceful citizens being hauled into police vans as a disgraceful assault on freedom of speech. Campaigners allege that the harsh proscription measures were supposedly implemented to appease foreign allies and corporate interests rather than address any legitimate security threats.
