Tashkent, Uzbekistan – AN Podrobno.uz. A 57-year-old Uzbek national, who was temporarily working in Tatarstan and hospitalized due to serious health issues, has been medically repatriated from Kazan with the assistance of the Consulate General of Uzbekistan.
The repatriation operation was organized by the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Kazan in cooperation with the Migration Agency. All necessary legal and medical procedures were completed, and legal and practical assistance was provided for the evacuation.
The flight on the Kazan–Tashkent route was operated by Uzbekistan Airways. The patient was accompanied by medical staff, ensuring a safe return for further treatment.
The repatriation was the result of coordinated efforts by the Consulate General, the Ministry of Health, the Migration Agency, and the airline. Such measures help protect the rights and interests of Uzbek citizens facing difficult situations abroad.
Earlier, criminal cases were opened in Russia against employers who owed millions to Uzbek workers.
