Kyrgyzstan's State Portal reported that a 650 kg shipment of sausage products from Uzbekistan was denied entry at the border.

At the Dostuk veterinary checkpoint in Osh region, inspectors found that the products lacked mandatory Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) labeling.

The inspection revealed violations of EAEU veterinary and sanitary requirements, as the products were unmarked and did not meet the necessary standards.

Consequently, the shipment was banned from entering Kyrgyzstan and returned to Uzbekistan via the same checkpoint after documentation was completed.
