Uzbekistan, Tashkent – A serious road traffic accident involving a truck occurred on the Kamchik Pass. According to a Podrobno.uz correspondent, the driver lost control, causing the truck to overturn onto its side and spill all its cargo onto the roadway.

The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the incident happened the day before at around 11:30 AM. Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the crash. Rescuers from the Kamchik Special Search Directorate arrived at the scene and promptly cleared the aftermath of the accident.

This is not the only incident on this hazardous section of the road: the day before, a Spark passenger car veered into a ditch at approximately the same location. Emergency service personnel also assisted the driver.

Earlier in Tashkent, an accident involving Lacetti and Matiz cars occurred, resulting in the death of one driver. These cases highlight ongoing road safety issues in the area.
