According to the city's Main Directorate of Internal Affairs, a citizen identified as B.R., born in 1999, got into a conflict with his ex-wife M.F., born in 2001, and individuals accompanying her, after which he deliberately drove a Chevrolet Tracker with license plate 01 N 014 FC toward them.
Official reports state that the driver intentionally struck M.F. and her acquaintance D.K. with the intent to cause serious bodily harm. As a result, the woman and her acquaintance sustained minor injuries and were hospitalized for medical treatment.
The identities of all parties involved have been established at the scene, and they were taken to the internal affairs authorities of the Yunusabad district. A pre-investigation check is currently underway regarding this incident, with a legal decision to be made based on the outcomes. The leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Tashkent City Internal Affairs Directorate is monitoring the situation.
This case echoes another alarming recent event: in the Urgut district of the Samarkand region, a minor driver hit a five-year-old girl and fled the accident scene, with the child hospitalized due to injuries. These incidents highlight ongoing concerns about public safety and driver accountability in the region.
