Earlier, Kun.uz published an investigation into the liquidation of the plant without settling with workers. Company representatives stated that there was no debt at the time of liquidation, and the disputed court decisions on compensation payments have been appealed to higher authorities.

In the Yashnabad district, the enterprise known as the Tashkent Oil and Fat Plant was liquidated without paying workers. Later, it was reinstated by a court decision, but the awarded payments have not yet been made.

In the story, former plant workers complained about unpaid wages and dividends on shares.

Liquidator I. Irnazarov and chief accountant Vakhabjan Kenjaev explained that at the time of liquidation (May 2025), the Tashkent Oil and Fat Plant JSC had no debt, which was confirmed by authorized bodies during the voluntary liquidation process.

The court-awarded debt relates to the enterprise's activities in 2023–2024. These are compensations calculated under Article 330 of the Labor Code, but obligations for them arose after the liquidation and removal of the company from the state register. According to the accountant, all procedures regarding shares were followed during liquidation, and there are no debts.

"The court decisions obliging the payment of compensation to workers have been appealed to higher instances, as we consider these amounts unjustified," said a company representative.

According to a decision of the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court dated March 26, 2026, D. Aldanazarova and other shareholders of the plant filed a lawsuit with the economic court to invalidate decisions of the general shareholders' meeting of June 17, 2023, and the supervisory board of June 19, 2023 (on the liquidation of the company). The court rejected the claims.
