Uzbekistan Airports has listed a lot on the E-auksion.uz electronic platform for the right to lease parking areas at Tashkent International Airport, the company's press service announced.

The lot covers six parking lots (P1, P, P4, P5, P7, P8) with a total area of over 40,000 square meters, accommodating approximately 1,500 vehicles. The parking areas will be leased for a term of 3 years, which entails not only management but also full infrastructure development.

The project plans to introduce digital navigation, displays showing available spaces, additional payment methods, and charging stations for electric vehicles. The future operator will be responsible for round-the-clock operation, maintenance, security, as well as investing in reconstruction, expansion, and landscaping.

The key requirement is complete digitalization: implementation of an automated management system, license plate recognition, installation of barriers, convenient payment options (including online), and launch of a mobile service with booking capability.

The rental fee will consist of two parts: a fixed amount (determined at auction) and a variable part — 5% of revenue. At the same time, the operator must ensure transparency by providing access to reports and accounting systems, the company emphasizes.

All requirements for tenants and participation rules can be found in detail under the lot on the website.

According to auction rules, starting prices may increase by at least 5% during bidding. The starting price of the lot is 48,778,800,000 UZS per year. The auction is scheduled for May 19, 2026.
