Uzbekistan has introduced an online service for obtaining medical certificate form 086, according to the Unified Interactive State Services Portal.

Previously, obtaining this document required a personal visit to a medical facility and waiting in line. Now, the process has been digitized.

The certificate is required for employment, enrollment in educational institutions, participation in sports competitions, and other purposes.

To access the certificate on the portal, citizens must first undergo a medical examination at a relevant healthcare facility. Once the doctors' conclusions are entered into the electronic database, the document can be obtained remotely.

To receive the document, users need to log into the my.gov.uz portal, navigate to the 'Healthcare' section, and select the service 'Obtaining medical certificate form 086'. The system will automatically generate the document and allow downloading.

The service is free of charge and does not require any additional documents from the user.
