The Inspection for Control in Construction and Housing and Communal Services under the Cabinet of Ministers has published a list of 116 companies producing and supplying hazardous construction materials. The list includes organizations manufacturing reinforced concrete products, bricks, concrete structures, wells, aerated blocks, reinforcement, and other construction items.

Under the president's decree from December 1, an electronic registry will be implemented starting March 1, 2026. Companies whose products fail to meet safety standards will be included in this registry and barred from participating in state procurement.

From February 1, 2026, clients and producers must withdraw hazardous products from circulation and send them to specialized waste processing facilities or landfills. Previously, the Construction Minister urged citizens to verify property registration in the "Transparent Construction" system.
