Due to the escalating situation in the Middle East, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Uzbekistan has issued recommendations for citizens currently in or planning to travel to the region.
The MFA advises citizens to rely on official information, maintain contact with diplomatic missions, comply with local regulations, keep documents in order, and keep communication devices switched on at all times.
Additionally, the MFA provided emergency contact and "trust phone" numbers for Uzbekistan's foreign missions in the Middle East:
