In the Taylak district of Samarkand region, a 19-year-old driver without a license flagrantly violated traffic rules and ignored lawful demands from traffic police officers. According to the press service of the Samarkand regional traffic police department, on March 6 around 7:40 AM, the driver of an Onix car ran a red light at an intersection.

A traffic police inspector signaled for the vehicle to stop, but the young man disregarded the order and continued driving, creating obstacles for other road users. The car was eventually stopped, but the driver refused to exit.

Administrative protocols were drawn up against the violator under Article 194 ("Disobedience to lawful demands of internal affairs officers") and Part 2 of Article 135 ("Driving a vehicle without the right to drive") of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The driver explained that he did not stop due to lacking a license, apologized to the inspectors and other road users, and urged others not to drive without proper documentation.
