Construction of a large-scale new residential complex has officially commenced in the central part of Tashkent. According to information announced by the city administration, the project includes 5 multi-story buildings, each consisting of 12 floors, and will provide a total of approximately 500 apartments.
The construction work is planned to be completed by the end of 2025, aimed at improving Tashkent's housing infrastructure and creating comfortable conditions for residents. The project also incorporates new job opportunities and environmental protection technologies.
City authorities emphasized that this project will make a significant contribution to urban development and help enhance the living standards of the population. However, some local residents have expressed concerns about transportation issues and increased infrastructure strain during the construction process.
The project is financed through the state budget and contributions from private investors. Experts note that this move could have a positive impact on economic growth but may also lead to rising prices and environmental challenges.
