Farrukh Omonov was born in 1988 and is a graduate of Tashkent State University of Economics and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Uzbekistan. Omonov's professional career began in the system of the Ministry of Finance and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he held various responsible positions. Since December 2021, Farrukh Omonov has been working in the Presidential Administration and, until now, has overseen issues in the Communications Department, successively holding positions as head of a sector and deputy head of the department.
