The Tashkent City Transport Main Directorate has announced changes to the operation of bus routes 13 and 69 within the city. These modifications primarily affect the direction from the Izza neighborhood toward the city center, implemented to enhance the transportation system and provide convenience for passengers.
According to the newly established route, buses will now travel from the Izza neighborhood toward the city center via Poygoh, Guliston, Qovunchi, and Zargarlik streets. This change offers passengers a faster and more efficient way to reach the city center, while also helping to optimize traffic flow.
Movement toward the Izza neighborhood remains unchanged, which is intended to preserve the route's bidirectional operation and ensure continuity for passengers on return trips. The transport directorate emphasized that these changes were carried out as part of efforts to modernize the city's transport infrastructure and adapt to passenger needs.
While the changes aim to create conveniences for city residents and visitors, some passengers have noted that adapting to the new routes may require time. The transport directorate plans to conduct informational and guidance activities on this matter.
