On April 26, military units and institutions under the Ministry of Defense held ceremonies for newly recruited conscripts to take the oath of allegiance to the homeland.

The event at the “Oath to the Homeland” complex in Tashkent was attended by First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Major General Zaynobiddin Iminov, who read out the minister’s congratulations.

Representatives of the military prosecutor’s office, members of the public council, officials from state and public organizations, as well as parents of the servicemen were present. During the ceremony, the recruits were presented with book sets as gifts from the president.

Regional leaders also participated in ceremonies held in the provinces.
