Uzbekistan's tax committee reported that tax and fee revenues in the first quarter of 2025 totaled 63.6 trillion soums, a 24% increase compared to the same period last year.

Corporate income tax accounted for the largest share at 20.4 trillion soums (one-third of total revenues). Value-added tax (VAT) contributed 12.5 trillion soums, while personal income tax added 10.7 trillion soums.

Growth rates by tax type: corporate income tax – 20.4 trillion soums (+43%); VAT – 12.5 trillion soums (+27%); personal income tax – 10.7 trillion soums (+15%); subsoil use tax – 6 trillion soums (+17%); excise tax – 4.6 trillion soums (+1%); non-tax revenues – 3.3 trillion soums (+1%); land tax – 2.8 trillion soums (+34%); property tax – 2.3 trillion soums (+11%); turnover tax – 0.6 trillion soums (+12%); water resources use tax – 0.4 trillion soums (+82%).

Non-tax revenues include dividend payments, state duties, fees, fines, and other payments.
