Otabek Kholboyev, the Military Prosecutor of Uzbekistan, has been dismissed from his position. This was announced by the press secretary of the president.
By a presidential decree, Kholboyev was relieved of his duties as Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
He has been replaced by Qahramon Isroilov, who previously served as Deputy Military Prosecutor of Uzbekistan.
Isroilov was appointed to the post of Deputy Military Prosecutor in 2024. Prior to that, he served as the Military Prosecutor of the Navoi region.
Earlier, in 2024, it was reported that Kholboyev had been appointed First Deputy Military Prosecutor, and Isroilov had been appointed Deputy Military Prosecutor.
