The Main Internal Affairs Department conducted an investigation and found that the incident occurred in Angren. The man was walking with his two children in a park on a holiday. On the way home, the older child suddenly ran toward the roadway.

The father tried to stop him and accidentally hit the boy's nose with his hand, causing a nosebleed. He then reprimanded the child, explaining the danger of running into the road. This moment was captured on video and later misinterpreted.

During the investigation, family members, including the child's mother, were questioned. She confirmed that there had been no prior cases of violence or pressure from the father.

Law enforcement authorities emphasized that the version of systematic violence circulating online was not confirmed. Earlier, in Jizzakh, a father brutally beat his children.
