Within the framework of the fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum, the management of the export-import insurance company Uzbekinvest held a series of negotiations with heads of export insurance agencies from developed countries, as well as with the President and Chairman of the US EximBank, John Jovanovich, and heads of export credit agencies from Switzerland (SERV), France (BPI France), Italy (SACE), Germany (Euler Hermes), the UK (UKEF), and Denmark (EIFO).

The participants gave the highest assessment to the level of organization of the Tashkent International Investment Forum, particularly noting the impressive picture of the state and prospects of economic reforms presented by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in his speech at the forum's opening.

The participants also emphasized that deep structural changes in the economy and rapid economic growth are generating great interest among investors from the world's leading economies in investment cooperation with Uzbekistan.

It was noted that during the forum, a number of agreements were signed for the implementation of projects in machinery, mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals, textiles, agricultural processing, and other sectors, which will be financed by the aforementioned export insurance agencies.

Additionally, Uzbekinvest's initiative to provide insurance support for investment projects from these countries in the small and medium-sized business sector up to $10 million without requiring a sovereign guarantee from Uzbekistan was highly appreciated.

During the negotiations, mechanisms for cooperation and channels for business information exchange were agreed upon, as well as acceleration of project preparation and implementation processes to promote sustainable development of Uzbekistan's economy.
