As of June 1, 2026, the number of construction enterprises with tax arrears exceeding 100 million soums has reached 1,964, according to the Tax Committee. Their total debt amounted to 2.5 trillion soums.

Of this amount, 618.6 billion soums (24.1 percent) is owed by the top 10 companies with the largest debts:

1. AZIYA INVEST FAVORITI LLC – 140.2 billion soums; 2. TASH CONSTRUCTIONS HOUSE LLC – 102.4 billion soums; 3. OQBULOQ OBOD GUZARI LLC – 92 billion soums; 4. TAMIRLASH QURISH SERVIS LLC – 76.7 billion soums; 5. AGRO ASIA TRADE SERVIS LLC – 39.8 billion soums; 6. GRAND ROAD TASHKENT – 38.2 billion soums; 7. USTA OBID BREND LLC – 37.9 billion soums; 8. OLTIN BALIQ LLC – 33.2 billion soums; 9. NATIONAL ROAD INVEST LLC – 29.4 billion soums; 10. DSK BINOKOR LLC – 28.8 billion soums.

By region, the highest tax debt was recorded in Tashkent city – 817.4 billion soums, followed by Andijan region – 329.1 billion soums, and Tashkent region – 304.5 billion soums.
