A fire broke out at a lumber warehouse in the Andijan region of Uzbekistan. The blaze originated in the Andijan district, at the 'Mart' mahalla on Obod Yoli Street. The fire engulfed part of the storage facility and wooden products. No casualties were reported.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a report of the incident was received via the '112' emergency number on June 21 at 20:10. Six fire and rescue units were immediately dispatched and arrived at the scene at 20:18. The fire was contained by 20:55 and fully extinguished by 21:55.

Preliminary findings indicate that the fire damaged the roof and ceiling structures of the warehouse over an area of approximately 250 square meters, as well as interior spaces and the wooden products stored inside.

Specialists are currently investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the exact amount of material damage.
