Tashkent, Uzbekistan – Podrobno.uz. Emergency workers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued a five-year-old girl who fell into a pit toilet on the grounds of a private home. The incident occurred on June 25 at 5:33 p.m. in the Obiravan mahalla of Tashkent's Yunusabad district.

According to the ministry's press service, the child, born in 2021, was left unattended and fell into the pit of an outdoor toilet. Rescuers arrived promptly at the scene. One of them descended into the pit and retrieved the girl. Medics provided first aid and handed her over to her family.

The child is now in good condition. The Ministry of Emergency Situations urges parents not to leave children unsupervised.

Earlier, rescuers assisted a five-year-old child who fell into a deep pit on the grounds of a private household in the Yukorichirchik district. That incident also occurred when the child was left unattended by parents.
