Saida Mirziyoyeva, head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with UNESCO Director-General Khaled Al-Anani at the organization's headquarters in Paris.

The talks focused on the practical implementation of the outcomes of the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference, which was successfully held in Samarkand.

Key areas of cooperation discussed included human capital development, the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies, and support for creative industries.

The parties also examined issues of promoting women's leadership and effectively preserving cultural heritage.

Mirziyoyeva emphasized that each meeting at UNESCO headquarters opens new opportunities for deepening strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the organization.

Earlier, Mirziyoyeva met with French President Emmanuel Macron.
