A serious traffic accident involving a Lacetti and a Kia K5 occurred in the Yunusabad district of Tashkent.

Footage circulating on social media shows the Kia K5 speeding through an intersection and crashing into a turning Lacetti. The impact tore the Lacetti into two parts.

The accident happened on June 30 at 05:10 at the intersection of Amir Temur and Bogishamol streets. The Lacetti was traveling along Amir Temur street when it was hit by the Kia K5, which was on the main road.

No information on casualties is available yet. An investigation is being conducted by the Traffic Safety Department of the Tashkent City Police Department.
